Hi there! My name is Cindy and I would love to meet you and help you in your journey to better mental health. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have been helping individuals, couples and families for 15+ years. Taking the big step of seeking counseling can be scary and intimidating. I seek to provide an environment of safety, kindness and warmth during
each counseling session. What I hope for each of my clients by the end of
a session is that they can leave feeling they have been heard and
encouraged. I specialize in grief/loss, depression/anxiety, relationships/attachments, using client centered, solution focused, and CBT.
I believe my clients are the experts of their lives. The counseling session is
a safe place for you to share what is on your heart and mind and what
needs to be explored in an atmosphere of acceptance and non-
judgment.
