Cindy believes humans are physical, mental, emotional, sexual and spiritual beings thus the goal of therapy is to obtain health in all areas of one's being. I believe a client takes the first step to healing as soon as the counseling appointment is made. It's a privilege to observe transformation in a client on the road to hope and healing by focusing on the strengths from within the client. EMDR is a therapeutic method proven to be highly effective & efficient in the treatment of a number of disturbing or traumatic issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder, combat trauma, rape, sexual/physical abuse, natural disaster, victim of childhood trauma, panic attacks, anxiety/depression, phobias, grief, and more.

Cindy is equipped to integrate as much, or as little, spirituality into counseling as the client prefers. The client determines the role of spirituality in the counseling process.
