I've been professionally engaged in the mental health field for nearly twenty years, providing mental health assessments, clinical case management, individual, group, & family counseling to diverse populations within several environments & levels of care. My therapeutic orientation is an eclectic/holistic approach, creating an individualized & supportive space to examine thoughts, emotions, and how we then engage with ourselves, relationships w/ others, and the world around us.
I've supported children, adolescents, young adults, and families for the majority of my career, partnering w/ individuals in the treatment of anxiety, panic attacks, challenges w/ depression, adjustment, self-esteem, relationship issues as well as individuals who have experienced traumatic life events.
