I am a licensed therapist with 18 years of experience, dedicated to supporting individuals who have encountered trauma and stress. My expertise includes working with adult survivors of childhood trauma as well as those who have faced life-threatening situations in adulthood, such as natural disasters, accidents, injuries, illness, abuse, and violence. I also provide care to professionals in high-stress fields, including veterans, law enforcement, fire and rescue, and medical personnel. I assist adults grappling with various other challenges such as dissociation, deep grief, divorce, life adjustments, depression, and religious trauma
I am trained in both standard and trauma-specific therapies, and I pride myself on integrating these approaches in a manner that is customized to your unique needs. Each individual is different, and it is my goal to understand your specific situation to offer the most effective combination of therapies for a successful outcome.
