I enjoy working with adults and adolescents who have substance use issues, co-occurring disorders, and/or individuals who have experienced trauma. I use EMDR and IFS techniques to help individuals process their trauma so that they can go on to live healthy, happy, and productive lives. I also see clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and eating disorders. I have 2 therapy dogs, Ember and Quin, who work with me.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have received training in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and eating disorders. I am also trained in EMDR, IFS, and attachment work. I have 2 therapy dogs, Ember and Quin, who work with me.
I have been drawn to counseling after working through my own addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I want to be able to help others deal with these issues and more so that they can live happy and productive lives. I look forward to hearing from you.
