Through somatic work, trauma informed care, and an attachment based lens, I strive to provide a holistic, integrative approach to mental wellness allowing you to create positive healthy relationships in a new way. Since horses are sensitive to people’s emotions and reactions in their environment, they can help individuals practice self acceptance, self awareness, authenticity, and genuine connections. Horses do not judge or blame, but are straightforward in their interactions. With the horses we will learn to rebuild some of the trust that has been lost along our life journey.

Working in a somatic oriented way, I incorporate intentional ways for you to facilitate the processing of trauma through partnerships with our herd. Relationships are built to help clients find congruence, authenticity, connection, and safety in order to form healthy behaviors, understand brain responses, and integrate these patterns into daily living.

I want to empower you to embrace your authentic self in the full circle of creation, nurturing, connecting and transforming. As we weave in the principles of mindful living together, I want to help you find the answers that have been inside of you all along as you begin to trust yourself and let go of whatever is holding you back. A retreat created to hold a safe space for you to find healing and empowerment as we nurture our bodies and minds with nature, art, and horses. Using somatic awareness, we’ll focus on: Supporting nervous system regulation; Building emotional resilience and capacity; Creating space for grief, anger, and healing; Reconnecting with a sense of agency and empowerment. This is a space where we empower individuals to embrace their authentic self in the full circle of creation, nurturing, connecting, spirituality and transformation. Healing is not meant to be done alone — and here, you don’t have to do it alone.

You are invited into a seasonal gathering for women and non-binary people who are comfortable in women-focused spaces, to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with the quiet wisdom of horses. This is a monthly, in-person circle, offering a grounded and nurturing space to step out of urgency and into embodied presence. Each gathering is guided by the rhythms of the season and the steady, regulating presence of the horses. This circle is not about fixing or striving. It is about remembering what the body has always known & returning to ways of being that are older than words.
