I have been in private practice for over 25 years. The foundation of my therapeutic philosophy is that no one should live their lives unhappy. I work with Patients who are experiencing all kinds of mental health issues from depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, OCD disorders. I follow the lead of my Patient and do not put them in a box or make them follow my lead. I am not taking any new Patients at this time.
My focus have been working with women especially minority women. I recognize women have special needs and minority women needs are even more special. My focus with women is empowerment, helping them to discover and discern where they fit in this world and how they can reach their highest potential.
I am also a Licensed Drug an Alcohol Counselor. I have worked in this field for over 20 years. I see Patients who have completed an in patient or intensive out patient program and who have made a commitment to their recovery. I work with them through an intensive after care program.
