I am a licensed psychologist with 30+ yrs of clinical and supervisory experience. I specialize in work with adults navigating life and identity changes, finding meaning, purpose and connection, and/or experiencing anxiety, loss, and trauma. Many of the folks I see are mental health or other health/education professionals..
I hold a mind/body/spirit perspective and integrate Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Therapy and other neuroscience based approaches to therapy. I have been described as warm, curious, and down to earth. I would welcome the opportunity to hear from you.
