I am a Somatic Psychotherapist with over 20 years in practice. I am deeply involved in Internal Family Systems am a Certified IFS Therapist, along side utilizing Somatic practices, Polyvagal Theory and Somatic IFS. I believe you are the expert of your life, and my job is to not "fix" you because you are not and never were broken.
We heal through connection, play, and attaching internally to ourselves. Sometimes our developmental wounds interplay between one another in relationships. While in therapy (both individually and as a couple) we will work on bridging the gap between stuck patterns that create separateness in relationships to creating emotional safety and trust.
As a therapist, I will work on building safety within your system. We will focus on the relational attachment and how our outer world is also deeply connected to our inner world.
