My areas of focus include working with clients who experience anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and trauma. I enjoy working with clients who identify as LGBQ+, transgender, and/or gender expansive. In my practice, I utilize a person-centered, relational approach.
I use various modalities including self-compassionate exposure and response prevention (ERP) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in my work with clients to treat OCD and anxiety. When helping clients navigate trauma, I use Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
I have competed an EMDRIA-approved Basic Training program with the Midwest Center for EMDR Training and Therapy. I am also certified in Adaptive Internal Relational (AIR) Network therapy, a neuro-developmental, competency-based model of therapy for complex PTSD and dissociation, through the Midwest Center for Trauma and Emotional Healing.
