I know seeking therapy is not always easy. Lionheart team tries to make you feel as comfortable and at ease right from the start. As a trained trauma therapy practice, we will discuss with you helpful coping skills, different evidence based therapy models, medication options if needed/wanted, as well as discuss different types of trauma symptoms, presentation in the body, and how trauma impacts the brain.
Our therapist are trained in various therapy models that are evidence based. Those models include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, ACT, and more.
