Dr. Maul is a retired Philadelphia Police Officer and former Pennsylvania State Certified Instructor of Police at the Philadelphia Police Academy. During his tenure with the City of Philadelphia Police Department, he maintained positions as a Therapist, Stress Management Trainer, and Critical Incident and Crisis Responder.
