I am accepting new patients in office or video. I offer a direct and genuine approach in a supportive environment to help people identify their dysfunctional patterns of behaviors that contribute to the difficulties in our lives. I am dedicated to providing the most effective therapeutic services in a safe, caring and empathetic environment. I believe that while an understanding of the past is essential, positive change occurs in the present.
I like to help clients gain a greater sense of self control over their difficult thoughts -I work from the premise “we think how we feel” to help clients achieve their healthiest function. I specialize in low self esteem, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, personal issues, and anger management (no court cases).
The type of approach I use is a combination of Rebt, Cognitive, and Hypnotherapy. I provide services for adults , adolescents, children (7+) .I have been in private practice for 15 years and I look forward to working with you.
