I am grateful for your consideration of my services. For 23 years I have been working with Adults, Adolescents and Couples. I provide Christian/Faith-Based Therapy when a client requests. Rapport is crucial to the therapy process. I strive to provide a welcoming, non-judgmental, and comfortable setting for each person I am fortunate to visit with. I am ever thankful for the remarkable, brave and determined individuals from whom I have learned so much. Walking difficult paths with others' is both an honor and deeply humbling.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practice, ACT, and other Evidenced-based research practices are the focus of my approach. Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Adjustment problems, Grief, and couples therapy are common presentations. A welcoming and validating environment is created to begin the process of healing, creating goals, and establishing Hope.
