I practice from a Bowen Family Systems perspective. This means that I work with individuals and couples to become clearer in their thinking about the relationships with their families, spouse, children and others. I work with you to lower anxiety so that thinking can guide your decisions and actions.
My counseling space is in the Independent Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, Al. While I am clear about my own religious beliefs, I do not impose them on others. I believe that each person is free to find their spiritual path for themself, but that no one must find it by themself.
