Since 2008, I have helped individuals and couples find relief, work through painful patterns, and feel more connected to themselves and the people they care about.
Our work begins with what’s troubling you now, with room to understand why certain struggles keep returning. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences have shaped the ways you cope, see yourself, and relate to others, and where you’d like things to change.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty to this work, making room for things that may be difficult to say out loud. As we begin to understand familiar patterns, we can work toward changes that give you more choice in how you respond to yourself and the people in your life.
