I am especially passionate about the healing and wellbeing of POC, QTPOC, Women, and young adults. I understand how the intersectionality of our identities impacts our experience of the world, and I strive to provide a safe, warm, and supportive space for those experiences to be discussed.
My overall therapeutic approach is holistic, taking into account all of the different parts of you (mind, body, spirit). With a trauma –informed lens, I utilize Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
There is nothing easy about navigating the world we live in while trying to heal childhood trauma, effectively communicate with others, find our passions in life, build healthy relationships, AND drink enough water... It's exhausting! Don't go at this alone. Please email me for a 15-min consultation to see if I am a good fit to help you reach your goals.
