Therapy can help. I have dedicated my career to working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relational discord, difficulty with life transitions, addiction, ADHD, postpartum challenges, marital concerns and parenting struggles. My clients often end treatment feeling more connected to themselves and others, increasing effective communication, learning boundaries, and experiencing joy and balance in their lives.
My clinical approach is a blend of psychodynamic therapy and CBT/DBT. I incorporate learnings from client's relational history and patterns to address present concerns and develop skills to cope such as distress tolerance and emotion regulation. My therapeutic style is compassionate, authentic, and direct, inviting a sense of humor even in difficult times.
