I received my Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2017 and my Masters of Social Work in 2019. I have experience working in a variety of settings to include: Medical Social Work, OBGYN/Postpartum care, Community Mental Health, Emergency Services Crisis Intervention/Crisis Stabilization, and Child Welfare. I believe that all people have the ability to heal. My goal is to provide a safe environment where clients feel empowered to share their stories and process their trauma in a healthy and healing way. It is my intention to teach clients effective coping skills through trauma treatment modalities.
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. I use a trauma informed holistic practice through CBT, EMDR, Somatic work, Mindfulness, and Parts work. I'm here to meet you where you are and to guide you to help regulate your nervous system.
