Sometimes life just becomes overwhelming. We find ourselves in need of a safe place to put all the things that are swarming around in our minds. We could use a soft place to land. A place to just say it without being judged. A place where no one is keeping record of wrong or right.
I help clients explore historic and current facets of their life, connecting the dots where they may. Using the information gained, I help you clarify the present and actively plan for your future.
During our sessions, I speak in common terms to help simplify complex psychological theories. I often use analogies to help us draw parallels, identify patterns and arrive at meaningful insight. I believe that most of the things we’re trying hard to figure out are concepts that we’re already familiar with, only the context differs.
