My office is a safe space to be who are and feel how you feel. I work with adults, often women and members of the LGBTQAIA+ community. I want to help you care for yourself in a way that takes your identity, relationships, values, and culture into account. I love clients who are learning to step out from under trauma, domestic violence, and the uncertainty that comes with major life transitions (looking at you motherhood, marriage, divorce, graduation, etc.) I have a soft spot for helping individuals with PTSD and DID, as well as adult children of parents with personality disorders and other mental health diagnoses.
Therapy looks a bit different for everyone. Across the board, my therapy is transparent, collaborative, and empowering. My job is to understand you, hold space, untangle, help you heal and grow. Most important, my job is to work myself out of a job. I want you to be able to use the information, tools, and insights we create in therapy for years to come.
Finding home inside yourself is important. Feeling safe in your life, your mind, your body, is important. Giving love and being loved are important. Whatever's important enough for you to look for help, is important enough for me to work on with you. You are welcome to book a free consultation today. Let's get you feeling better soon!
