I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), one of the most researched approaches for couples therapy with 30+ years of empirical support. I may be biased but I think it's the greatest model for couples work. Red Therapy Group is an EFT practice that prioritizes continued learning and EFT-specific supervision.

EFT consistently shows improvements in boosting relationship satisfaction, attachment security, and emotional connection. In session with me, I help you make sense of painful patterns with non-judgement, track and slow your cycle with empathy, and guide you to feel, learn from, and share your emotions, creating lasting change.
