I also help clients with boosting self-esteem, fostering self-love, strengthening the mind-body connection, and finding direction and purpose in life.
Trained in EFT, I will map patterns and challenging cycles you’re stuck in so we can gain clarity on the issues and create a safe emotional environment so that the most vulnerable parts of yourself can show up for healing. With empathy, I will slow us down, often, so that we can feel your emotions instead of just talking about them, inspiring lasting change.
