Anger Management
This is a 6 week anger management curriculum course approved by the courts to address a multitude of anger issues. We will be exploring and providing education regarding identifying anger signs and triggers, healthy coping for anger, violence prevention, communication and boundary setting, etc. Currently this course is offered online only in a group and individual setting.
