I love exploring in-depth the relationship between the thoughts, feelings and behaviors a person experiences. Doing so reveals insight into past trauma, negative core beliefs, addictions, and subconscious coping mechanisms. Exploration of this paves the way to understanding pathologies as well as anxiety, depression, shame, anger, fear, etc.
My therapeutic approach is a comprehensive, holistic approach that incorporates somatic psychotherapy, parts work, gestalt therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, art, brainspotting and other techniques to foster a healthy connection between mind, body, and spirit.
I approach client’s challenges with solution-focused methods and compassion while understanding that every experience, good and bad, serves as guidance for clients on their journey toward healing and understanding self.
