I am a queer, Black, neurodivergent therapist. My approach to treatment is authentically connecting with clients by fostering a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel free to explore themselves. I am most passionate about working with adults, women of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and members of the kink community to challenge and reframe long standing cultural/societal narratives that attempt to minimize their unique experiences.

I view my clients as the experts in their lives, drawing on her training in narrative, person centered, and strengths based modalities to help clients achieve their goals.

I am an avid reader and, if welcome, I can use literature to connect with my clients and facilitate insight in session. As a neurodivergent individual myself, I welcome and celebrate the many sensory needs and forms of expression that may be important to my neurodivergent clients.
