Welcome! I am glad you're here. My name is Cianne(See-Anne), I am a Black, queer neurodivergent therapist, and my pronouns are she/her. My approach centers on authentic connection and creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you’re encouraged to bring your whole self and come exactly as you are. I believe everything you need to heal, grow, and create lasting change already exists within you. I am most passionate about working with Black people of all genders and ages, kinky folks, gender-expansive humans, people of color, queer individuals, and those with intersecting marginalized identities.
My therapeutic approach centers on cultivating a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. I integrate social justice, liberation-focused, trauma-informed, and collaborative practices to help clients explore their internal narratives, reconnect with and heal, creating meaningful, sustainable change.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space for people navigating the reality of being a human in 2026, trauma, depression, anxiety, dysphoria, exhaustion, burnout, etc. My work centers on creating healing and connection with yourself.
