About
When life becomes challenging, we look for the light at the end of the tunnel. The light appears far, and we don't believe we can make it. With the help of therapy, the journey becomes bearable.
In my years of experience as a counselor, I have worked with individuals from the ages 13+ through anxiety, depression, rapid mood changes, and trauma. I follow a philosophy of meeting you where you are at, working towards increasing your motivation while using behavior modifying approaches, and following the thread of where it all began.
Therapy can be scary and yet it is the best investment we can place within ourselves. I believe that together, we can make this journey less scary and more empowering.
