Chugach Counseling & Consulting is an EMDR trauma-focused practice. All of our clinicians are either certified in EMDR or in the process of obtaining certification. Clincians with availability: Kelsie Barbour, LCSW currently has TELEvideo ONLY & Jen Mariscal, LPC offers both TELEvideo and In-person at our Eagle River location.
Kelsie (they/them) specializes in supporting queer and gender-expansive teens and young adults, neurodivergent individuals, individuals navigating trauma, depressive symptoms, and anxiety, and individuals managing substance use. Kelsie employs a trauma-responsive, anti-oppressive, and relational approach to therapy creating a safe and affirming environment.
Jen specializes in working with Women in transitional and midlife stages struggling with anxiety, depression & relationship struggles. She also specializes in working with first responders, veterans, military, correctional officers, and emergency staff.
