About

Welcome. I work with individual adults, couples, and non-traditional relationships. I would love to meet to see how we can partner together for your growth and healing. I enjoy working with clients who want guidance to go within and discover their authentic self and develop self-leadership. I work experientially and utilize a variety of traditional and cutting edge methods to help you attain fulfillment. I am skilled at helping people safely explore deep core issues and find ways through the healing process with strength and grace by creating an open, honest relationship with themselves to create lasting long term growth and change.
I have over 6 years of training in the Hakomi Method of Experiential Psychotherapy. It is the foundation I use for helping others explore themselves with greater awareness of mind, body, emotions, and patterns. I also utilize EMDR, IFS, attachment theory, and interpersonal relationship work to help people reconnect their mind, body, heart, and their world.
If you have doubts about talk therapy, then you have come to the right place. My experiential methods take you beyond the limitations of language and your cognitive mind. I believe relationship (to self and other) is everything. So I seek to cultivate a healing therapeutic relationship 1:1, lead groups, and partner with nature for outdoor sessions.

Tending the Waters of Psyche and Soul

A Depth Psychology Growth Group: Bridging Inner Life and Outer Life Adventures. This group requires an 8-week minimum commitment but is ongoing as long as it is valuable to you enabling you to learn about and work with your psyche, personal psychology, and the transpersonal. Weaving together somatic embodiment, dreamwork, mindfulness, parts work, interpersonal process, and the words of story, poetry, and myth to illuminate conscious and unconscious patterns.
