Chuck Hancock's Groups
Men's Group
This is a well established men's process group that has been running for years. The group is currently full, but a wait list is available. This group is for all men to grow and gain challenge and support through interpersonal process and experiential exercises. Men are able to bring challenges, fears, doubts, questions, and learn through direct experience and relationship with other men. All topics and goals are welcome. Common themes are loneliness, anger, depression, anxiety, personal identity, relationships, assertiveness, sex/sexuality, disconnect from emotions, work problems, fatherhood, confidence/self-esteem, accountability, honesty, spirituality, and finding meaning in life.
Tending the Waters of Psyche and Soul
A Depth Psychology Growth Group: Bridging Inner Life and Outer Life Adventures. This group requires an 8-week minimum commitment but is ongoing as long as it is valuable to you enabling you to learn about and work with your psyche, personal psychology, and the transpersonal. Weaving together somatic embodiment, dreamwork, mindfulness, parts work, interpersonal process, and the words of story, poetry, and myth to illuminate conscious and unconscious patterns. In this group, there is nothing about you that needs to be fixed. We create a container where you can be more whole.
