I help adults free their minds from the grip of stress, fixations and unhelpful habits so they can be more present in their lives and skillful with their time, focus and choices. For many, they struggle with stage-of-life demands, caught between lists of expectations yet with a deep, guttural need to recapture vitality and fresh perspective about their life path. They feel held back by something. Others seek ways to abate the stress that unhelpful attachments breed. My clients seek change, not book recommendations. I offer them a forward-moving, holistic, mind-body, active and engaged approach that encourages their evolving self.

My speciality is creating a framework for change for you, not just offering therapy sessions. In order to sustain the momentum of good therapeutic work in sessions, I offer many between session resources and activities so your healing and growth journey progresses more efficiently and effectively. (I work only with adults 28 y.o. and older)

This process is filled with gentle invitations and guidance to expand and be more present, easing into new experiences. The fun part: this is intended to be a "red pill" experience ;-). The aim isn't "no pain, more happy." The aim is to face your life with a resilient, clearer mind and an engaged spirit before it all passes by so, so quickly.
