Childhood and adolescence is such an important moment in life. At times, children need help navigating through life stages by learning to cope with challenges or life changes. I believe my role as a professional counselor is to develop supportive and collaborative relationships with clients in order to help foster growth and healing. I also offer parenting tools that can help build meaningful support for youth during their journey. I tailor the treatment process to meet the specific needs of each client and utilize creative and engaging therapeutic modalities.
I have several years of experience working with children, adolescents and collaborating with parents, educators and other mental health professionals. I help clients create meaning and purpose by identifying and utilizing their natural strengths. I work with clients to build positive communication and coping skills, while increasing emotional awareness.
As a working mother of two, I understand the challenges that come along with parenting. I enjoy helping clients discover new strategies in order to enhance meaning and fulfillment in their lives.
