Lifting Each Other Up Through Art, 9/26-11/14
No artistic experience needed! This group will provide a point of connection and support for participants, no matter what each person is going through at this time. During our sessions, we will cultivate a calming environment where group members feel comfortable processing their struggles together. Through various art therapy interventions, participants will learn how to utilize the art process as an emotional outlet. Interventions will be designed to aid participants in developing appropriate coping skills, a strong support system, and an opportunity to move forward. Sign up today!
