I believe through my own life experiences and transitions, those situations equipped me as a counselor be sensitive o the need of my clients,and extend a fresh wind of hope! I have worked with clients for over 10+ years dealing with trauma, marriage conflicts, depression, and life transitions. I implement various modalities/therapeutic approaches in my sessions and determine which will effectively work with the client. My common approach is person-centered and modalities are CBT, SFT, GBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
