Alison Ward is not currently accepting new clients.
I provide psychotherapy services to older adolescents and adults seeking help for a variety of emotional and personal difficulties. In addition, my area of expertise is in helping people cope with medical problems such as diabetes, cancer, and chronic pain. I also specialize in working with those dealing with end of life issues as well as grief/bereavement.
When working with you, I view you within the context of your past and current familial, social, cultural, and spiritual situations. Because each person is unique, treatment is tailored based on your coping style, personality, and goals for treatment.
My role is to help you be more in control of yourself by examining with you aspects of your life that have not and/or are not currently working for you and identify strategies to help you make enduring, positive changes in your life.
