Where you learned you need to be an island, problem solve, or shut down, we can help you tap into your needs and emotions, heal your pain, and explore ways to reach for your partner.
We specialize in the process of building connection, deepening emotional intimacy, repairing broken trust, and building a felt sense of security for both partners. We can help you create a shared language for asking for what you need and responding to each other. We hope to help you build a new map for finding your way home to each other on an ongoing basis.

Group therapy is an opportunity to understand the relationships we have with ourselves and others. It offers space to connect authentically and deepen your capacity for vulnerability, intimacy, and connection. Many of us have been hurt in relationships, requiring us to create protections and threat-mitigation strategies. Group is a great way to discover and work through these protections. Learn about your relationship patterns – your ability to trust, be vulnerable, set boundaries, identify your needs, make space to be seen and heard, express emotions, be aware of your protections, be accessible and responsive to others, and receive compassion and validation.
