Are you struggling with an eating disorder, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or self harming behaviors? Have you suffered from trauma and abuse, or have lost touch of your own needs and feelings? I use an integrative approach that emphasizes emotional and physical healing and addresses the underlying core issues that continue to sabotage the recovery process. My treatment approach helps you let go of negative beliefs, self destructive patterns, and learn to develop positive relationships and healthy coping skills. We build on your strengths and focus is on recovery and self care to find your true inner self.
I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Trauma Informed EMDR Therapist, and Certified Yoga Therapist. I utilize psychotherapy, nutrition support, marital and family therapy and movement to support the client's recovery. We offer a comprehensive outpatient transitional program from IOP/ PHP and Residential centers.
Our comprehensive services address underlying trauma and core issues for long term recovery. Our caring team-based approach specializes in eating disorders, addictions and identity/transgender needs. We offer intensive outpatient services specialized to the needs of the client and their family. We are the step down from IOP and PHP or Residential facilities.

Parent Support Group
Small intimate group setting (5-8). Parents learn new skills to communicate, connect and create a healthier family relationship. Focus is to help parents teach their children independence, resiliency and self esteem. This group helps families heal and recover from issues such as eating disorders, trauma, and self destructive behaviors.
