My specialty lies in working with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced grief/loss and/or are dealing with residual trauma. I have an extensive history of working with pre-adolescent and adolescent girls in individual and group settings. I also offer counseling from a Christian perspective; utilizing a biblical approach to create coping skills in response to life stressors. I currently provide only individual therapy.

My specific treatment approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR. I am also trained in Neurofeedback and often recommend this as a symptom-specific form of treatment used collaboratively with more traditional psychotherapy.
