I am not along the lines of the "traditional" therapist (not a "blank slate" approach), I strive be an authentic person and inclusive for everyone to make clients as comfortable as possible for rapport in sessions. My group of focus is primarily adults and adolescents. I offer 10+ years of clinical experience in various treatment settings including prominent experience in depression, anxiety, and trauma as well as self-harm, addiction, and other mood-related/co-occurring disorders.
I operate from a person to person-centered approach, where the focus is on the client first and foremost. I strive to obtain the most efficient therapeutic relationship to meet client’s needs and overcome all challenges and barriers. I also am trained in art therapy, where I believe that visual-based interventions can prove equally effective.
