I have gained valuable treatment tools in many areas throughout my career. I am experienced in eating disorders, mental health issues and disorders, chemical addiction, intimacy issues, shame, spiritual issues, trauma, and LGBTQ+ related issues. I often include my two bunnies, Marigold and Petunia in my sessions.
I have worked in many mental health areas as a therapist and as a director, with a heavy focus on trauma, eating disorders and chemical dependency. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT and intuitive/mindful eating. I offer both in office and telehealth options to meet your schedule. I am in the office Monday-Friday and afternoon and evening appointments.
