Does it feel like you are white knuckling it through your day and hoping no one ever discovers "the real you?" Do you remember who are you with without anxiety snapping at your heels? I offer a safe and non-judgemental place where we can learn and UNlearn the messages that have been taught to us and can keep us stuck. This is where you come and learn to not only use your voice but value your voice and your worth. It's an honor whenever I am invited on your journey of healing. We all need a place to remove the masks of "I'm fine."
