I hold an MA in Holistic Counseling and MS in Microbiology. I apply scientific knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical drug research to understand ones medical history. I incorporate Integrative Medicine and Nutrition for Mental / Emotional Health. It is through this integrative approach of the mind - body connection that one can have achievable outcomes.
Primarily, I have worked in the areas of chronic pain, stress reduction, trauma, anger management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, abuse, family relations, and self-empowerment. I am a teacher and practitioner of Sheng Zhen Qigong, "The Qigong of Unconditional Love". I am a certified practitioner of The Emotion Code and The Body Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson.
