I come from a social work background, and there are no topics too taboo to discuss in my office. I utilize a wide spectrum of therapeutic modalities to actively collaborate with you to best develop a holistic treatment plan that meets your needs. I have almost two decades of experience helping individuals get through difficult challenges.
I specialize in treating couples and individuals with sexual issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and general life stressors. I am a certified sex therapist and have been trained in EMDR Level I and II, PACT, Couple's Developmental Model and Imago. I am also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and MAPS -trained psychedelic therapist.
