Welcome to a new style of psychotherapy. Instead of diagnosing you and treating you like a medical patient with a disease, I'm going to work WITH you to help you to do three things: (1) understand what happened in your past that led you to the habits and realities you now face that are causing you pain, (2) help you develop the compassion you need in order to have real self-respect, and (3) work with you in a loving way until you have a genuine, solid love for yourself. At that point, you won't need me anymore.

I don't see you through the lens of a label (depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, personality disorder, etc.). You're a human being who did what it took to survive. Some of the behaviors and habits you adopted are healthy and productive. Some aren't. That doesn't make you a diagnosis. You're a human being. That's called life and you did the best you could.
If you're interested in knowing yourself, I can help you learn how to love yourself. Whether or not you realize it while you're reading this, you are WORTHY of respect, honor, care, and love. When you can start doing that for yourself and giving that to yourself, your life will change. Healing is possible. Love is the way.
