As a doctoral licensed psychologist, I have over 30 years of experience addressing a wide array of issues and life challenges. I seek to promote self understanding and the exploration of stuck points that may inhibit happiness. In therapy, focus is upon the development of skills and strategies that allow one to resolve problems, build relationships, and find a life worth living, despite challenges. I am meeting with clients in my office as well as virtually.
I enjoy working with couples and individuals on relationship and family issues, life transitions, trauma, grief, depression and anxiety. Through ongoing training and education, I seek to learn and to offer new and effective therapeutic approaches, especially related to the role of early trauma.
