People come to my office seeking help with feelings of depression, fear, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, self esteem issues, health issues, pain management, stress, overwhelming life change, and/or a history of trauma or abuse.

I have a passion to help people overcome trials of life, go in the direction of grace and acceptance, and come to terms with their shortcomings without feeling condemnation. My aim is to help people learn how to be hospitable rather than exist in a state of hostility or loneliness. While we cannot change difficult situations of our past, we can work together to better understand and resolve the resulting challenges in our life. We all share a common need to express emotions and learn new ways to cope effectively.

My ideal client is one who is motivated to change and is willing to work with me collaboratively in achieving progress. I work with a multitude of issues including substance dependence, legal issues, DHS involved cases, anxiety, depression, anger and other co-occurring disorders.

There are times when life's circumstances can feel like too much to handle. Whether it be the birth of a child, a divorce, a new marriage, or whatever your current situation is, it is common to feel overwhelmed. I have a passion for being a resource in those moments.

I enjoy working with individuals who are willing to address areas of their life that are causing distress and challenges. Great progress can be made when an individual is ready to work and put forth effort. It is an honor to walk along side these individuals as they search these for the right path in their lives.

I believe in uniting with clients of all ages and life experiences, respectfully. The ideal client has a desire to work hard and utilize kindness with themselves at every stage of the journey. In addition, they know how to ask for what they want and utilize their time wisely. I provide TeleHealth therapy only at this time.

I work well with people who find that patterns in their lives are leading to emotional distress or pain. Together we'll work toward understanding, self-knowledge, and growth. My aim is to help people enrich their relationships and live a life consistent with their values. In working through depression, anxiety, trauma, spiritual issues, relational issues, grief and loss, identity issues, or a multitude of other issues, I strive to demonstrate respect and understanding for each person's unique experience, while also using my training and experience to challenge problematic patterns and foster growth.

I work with clients by helping them persevere through significant issues of trauma and adjustment in their lives. Trauma is typically defined by the individual client. I have worked with people adjusting to new job environments, new schools and trouble with friends to adjustments from facing a medical diagnoses, terminal illness, or loss of a loved one due to death, divorce, etc.

I been a support for those who have experienced eating disorders, anxiety, sensory processing disorders, LGBTQ discrimination, domestic violence, depression and trauma. I take a relational approach and feel that a lot of progress can be made when you have a trusted person that can support you through the changes you are wanting to make or the crisis that you are facing.
