I have over 15 years of counseling experience working with a wide variety of personal problems including marital and family, anxiety and depression, chronic illnesses, grief and loss, workplace adjustment, and others too numerous to list. I have specialized training and experience in stress reduction, mindfulness, Enneagram, and family problems. I have a graduate decree in Christian counseling and work closely with people of faith.
Sound-biblical principles serve as the foundation for all of my interventions from treating individual issues to treating the family unit. These interventions include helping people to deal with present issues as well as identifying how they arrived at this point, and then examining these patterns with God's word.
I know it's sometimes hard to meet me at my office. Sometimes you're too busy, live too far away, or have trouble finding childcare. So I've added a video counseling service called SecureVideo. Now we can meet wherever it's most convenient for you - your couch, your kitchen, or your hotel room.
