With 30 years of experience delivering psychological services, I can help you reduce distressing symptoms and navigate stressful situations. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy but will use other modalities as needed for your specific needs. Much of my work has focused on individuals with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, addiction, personality disorders and recurring mental health symptoms.
