As a licensed therapist specializing in sex, relationships, and mental health, I work with individuals and partners on a wide range of issues, including sexual functioning, communication, intimacy, desire and arousal issues, kink and fetishes, anxiety, depression, trauma, and navigating non-traditional relationships.
I have experience working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, those who have experienced trauma, individuals exploring sexual and gender identity, & those with alternative relationship structures. I am an AASECT-certified sex therapist, Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapist & Level 2 IFS therapist w/ L2 training in IFIO.
