Helping men is the primary focus of my practice, and I also see couples. Anxiety, Relationships, Sexual Issues, Depression, Young Adults, Motivation/Focus, Social Anxiety, Assertiveness, Anger, Infidelity, Porn/Sexual/Gaming Addictions, and Career are concerns I often address. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method (for relationships), and other relevant skills to help you enact change. This is a space to talk freely without judgment, with a Doctoral-Level Therapist who's helped navigate the challenges we face, sometimes uniquely as men, for almost two decades.

I've worked extensively with athletes, young professionals, seasoned adults, students, military, and men of many backgrounds. My practice is small and private, offering a personal, supportive experience to clients. I see individuals and couples age 18 and over. My background includes a PhD in Counseling with concentration in Sport & Exercise Psychology.
