I'm a bilingual counselor my goal to provide with a comfortable, safe and supportive environment conducive to growth and improvement of your quality of life by learning ways to cope, adjust and address life barriers. I believe in a collaborative approach to develop individual counseling goals or explore options during consultations for developing a plan to achieve desire target. I will walk next to you in a non-judgmental way and all interventions and desire outcomes will be align with your personality and needs.
My experience includes over 13 years working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health problems; six years working with adults with substance abuse problems and dual diagnosis. I help clients cope and adjust with life changes/transitions, emotional dysregulation, behavior modification and stress management.
I hope having the opportunity to help you. For best convenience I work side to side with you to constantly keeping track of the progress and goals. The sessions are conveniently via telehealth or in person.
